Where do you ship from?
We ship from our studio in Toronto, Canada and we process online orders in 1-3 business days! 

Where do you ship to?
If you live there, we'll ship it! We ship to all areas worldwide.

When can I expect my order?
Unless you select otherwise at check-out, packages are sent Standard Lettermail to the destination of your choosing. You will receive a confirmation e-mail when your order has been processed. Below are the estimated delivery times to your destination for this method. Please keep in mind that the time frame varies based on your proximity from the Toronto area:

Canada, lettermail: 1-2 weeks
Canada, tracked & expedited: 1-7 business days

United States, lettermail: 1-4 weeks
United States, tracked & expedited: 2-9 business days

Europe, lettermail: 2-4 weeks
Europe, tracked & expedited: 5-10 business days 

Australia & New Zealand, lettermail: 2-6 weeks
Australia & New Zealand, tracked & expedited: 7-12 business days

Unfortunately we cannot provide guidelines for shipping to remote areas.

Can you track my package?
Tracked shipping can be purchased at checkout to be applied to your order. Orders where the selected shipping method is Standard Lettermail do not have tracking. Please keep in mind that we ship from Toronto, and that Canada Post is very different from USPS!

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes! If you need your items as quickly as possible, you can selected our expedited & tracked shipping option at checkout. 

I think my package got lost in the mail!
As much as we'd all love for Canada Post, USPS and other mail carriers to be completely and totally reliable, sometimes they slip up. We are not responsible for replacing orders placed with our Standard Lettermail option at checkout. We offer tracked shipping options via Canada Post worldwide. In the event that a tracked package goes astray, we will replace the order in its entirety or provide you with a store credit (minus shipping) - whichever you prefer!

My package arrived but a product was missing or damaged.
We're incredibly sorry for this! In the event that this happens, please email support@sadtruthsupply.com so we can rectify the situation immediately.

What's your return policy?
We do not offer returns on pins or patches, unless it's a rare case of an item being defective or damaged in transit. We accept size exchanges for clothing (because we all know that online clothes shoping can sometimes be tricky!). Size exchanges will be accepted within 45 days of the ship date. To set up an exchange, please email support@sadtruthsupply.com!

I live in Toronto, can I pick up my order from your studio?
Yes! However, we only take clients by appointment only once a week. Please email maria@sadtruthsupply to set up an appointment.

When will my fav item be back in stock?
The absolute best way to stay up-to-date about restocks and new product drops is to follow us on Instagram (@sadtruthsupply)! You can also click the 'notify me when in stock button' on a sold out product listing and you'll receive an email when it's back! Faaancy.
