What is this store's return and exchange policy?
If you'd like to return or exchange anything, that's totally cool. Just contact us first!

Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
Hell yeah we do. You live there? We'll ship it.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Shipments within Toronto can take anywhere from 2-7 business days to arrive.
Shipments outside of the city, or to the USA are estimated to take 2-4 weeks to arrive. It can be much faster than this, but this is a safe time frame.
International orders are estimated at 2-5 weeks for delivery.
Please note that our packages do not include tracking information.

What kind of shipping service do you use?
Please keep in mind that we use standard lettermail for all of our orders to keep costs as low as possible. Canada Post does not issue tracking numbers for this service, unfortunately!
However, in the event that you'd like your order to be shipped on an express service, shoot us an email beforehand so we can give you the right shipping cost.

When will my order be shipped?
We ship out all orders every Saturday afternoon at the very latest, though they often get out sooner. You'll receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.

How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?

Because of this, Storenvy has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as these leading payment processors. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. If paying with PayPal, you may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.
